At Timesoft Solutions, we respect your privacy and your concerns
about how the information you provide might be used. The personal
information we receive from our customers is kept private--we
do not sell or share this information with anyone outside
of Timesoft Solutions.
Personal information collected will be
used only to facilitate the completion of the transaction. We
do reserve the right to follow up the sale by telephone, mail,
or email regarding your satisfaction with our product or for
further support of the product.
Secure
Site
Timesoft Solutions via our Web-host provider uses a secure
server (secure socket layer - SSL) which allows the receipt
of online orders and other confidential information in a secure
environment. A secure environment refers to the transmission
of encrypted information from a web browser to our web server.
The user’s web browser encrypts each transaction via
our secure online ordering system.
The encryption process takes the characters
that are entered and converts them into bits of unreadable code
that are transmitted over the Internet to our secure server.
Our secure server than translates the code back to its original
state. Only authorized personnel of Timesoft Solutions are able
to view these transmissions. Current browser software from Microsoft
Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator supports this feature.
Ultimately,
we have as much to lose to credit card fraud as you do. Because
we are an Internet retailer, credit card transactions are
an enormous part of our business. Any breakdown in security
means lost revenue and lost customers.
